WHY SELL WITH US?

PRELOVED PERFECTION removes all the hassle out of selling your designer pieces. We take professional photographs, and place them alongside style advice images on the website. We send out regular newsletters, and use multiple social media platforms to promote PRELOVED PERFECTION. We handle all enquiries on your behalf, gift wrap all items and send them on to their new owner. We also handle all returns and pay you promptly once your item has sold.

HOW DO I SELL WITH PRELOVED PERFECTION?

WHAT DO YOU SELL? 
PRELOVED PERFECTION sells luxury designer clothes, shoes, accessories and jewellery from labels such as Chanel, Hermes, Manolo Blahnik, Joseph, Chloe, and Louis Vuitton. For a complete list please see our Designer Directory on the website. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a fourteen day returns service from date of shipment. Return requests must be made within fourteen days of shipment. For further details please refer to our either our Returns Policy or Terms & Conditions for Buyers policy. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM DOESN'T SELL?
Items may stay on the website until sold, or returned to the legal owner at their own cost. PRELOVED PERFECTION can make return shipment dependent on an advance payment by the seller. PRELOVED PERFECTION will only return the sales item to the seller  after consulting with the seller and obtaining his or her consent. After consultation with the seller, the articles may also be used for a charitable purpose, whereby it is at the discretion of PRELOVED PERFECTION to determine which non-profit organisation the sales item is donated. Our affiliated charities at present are: Alzheimer's UK, Cancer Research UK and Crisis.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SELLING?
We have made the commission rate, simple, easy and uncomplicated. The table below explains the rate PRELOVED PERFECTION takes within two price brackets. No complicated algorithms or graphs. If you sell an item, you know immediately the amount you will receive.

All items with an original resale price of up to £999
25%
All items with an original resale price in excess of £1,000

HOW DO I GET PAID?
The payment of the net purchase price to the seller is carried out on the first opportunity after the fourteen day return window has expired via BACS. For more details please see our Terms & Conditions for Sellers.

HOW DO YOU VALUE MY ITEM?

Of course, the plan is to sell your items at the highest possible price within the first 30 days. All prices are set according to designer, item type, age, condition, desirability and the original price of the item where known. Depending on the item's condition I recommend you reduce the original price by 40-70 %. If you aren't sure how much to charge for your item, don't worry, I will inform you of a suggested figure to ensure you achieve the highest possible price. However, our PRELOVED PERFECTION customers are savvy shoppers and very well informed. Setting a high price may act a deterrent and hence your item may not be sell quickly. For more details please see our Sell With PRELOVED PERFECTION page.

CAN I CHANGE THE PRICE OF MY ITEM?
It is possible to request to reduce the price of any item you have consigned for sale with PRELOVED PERFECTION by emailing customercare@prelovedperfection.com. You cannot however increase the price. Please note that if you reduce the price, your profit from the sale will also be reduced.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

U.K. DELIVERY
There are currently two options for shipping within the U.K. 
EXPRESS *1-2 Business Days £15, or FREE if the purchase value exceeds £500. 
STANDARD *3-5 Business Days: £7.50

We only send items First Class Signed For by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or via UPS.

Prices indicate standard delivery locations. Remote delivery locations may require additional postage fees, our team will request any additional payment prior to shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

All orders ship out within 3-7 working days, however given the current pandemic situation, the order processing time may extend to 7-10 working days.

Items being delivered outside of the UK can now be subject to local taxes and duties, which must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the item. These customs fees which will be the responsibility of the customer, regardless of whether the item is going to be returned. For specific delivery questions please contact customercare@prelovedperfection.com for a bespoke quote.

Within Europe: £18.50, (3 to 5 working days)

U.S.A: £25, (3 to 7 working days)

WORLDWIDE: from £30, (5-10 working days)

We do not ship to Russia or Brazil.

For items valued at over £1,000, it is highly recommended to contact us at customercare@prelovedperfection.com to add an additional insurance which may incur additional customs fees. Kindly note that PRELOVEDPERFECTION  is NOT responsible for any packages lost or damaged if the client chooses not to opt for this insurance. These high worth goods will only be delivered by UPS or another respected and reliable carrier. 


CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM SALE?
Yes, of course you can. As we only offer a full concierge service kindly send us an email to customercare@prelovedperfection.com and will will arrange to ship the item back to you. For this return service we charge a processing fee of £15 per item to cover all costs.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ITEM SELL?
The chance of a quick sale depends on the brand, the designer, the condition of the item, its rarity and desirability. Some items and brands are particularly sought  after, especially if they are classic and iconic, or if they are suddenly back in fashion. 

WHAT HAPPENS WITH COUNTERFEIT/FAKE ITEMS?
We are totally committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-counterfeit policy, as it is against the law to sell counterfeit/fake goods and I take any attempt to re-sell these goods through us very seriously. Reproductions, fakes or copies of any form or shape are not acceptable and will either be returned at your expense or be destroyed. 

I want you to buy from PRELOVED PERFECTION  in complete confidence. In the unlikely event that you purchase  an item that you believe not to be genuine, you must inform me immediately at gailrolfe@prelovedperfection.com or by telephone 07885 967835 and I will pay for the item to be returned to me. This must be done within seven days, to prevent me from paying the seller, so that I can process a refund for you.
