Black vintage haute couture coat with rabbit fur lining throughout and fox trim around neckline, hem and sleeves. Dolman sleeves are cut wide and are three quarter to bracelet length. Has leather ties at the waist but could be belted if desired. This coat was almost certainly custom-made for a private client. Provenance: it came from the wardrobe of an incredibly stylish international lady who collected and wore couture and designer labels all her life. A unique one-off item. There are no labels at all.

Length from neck to hem at back 97cm/38" Sleeve length from shoulder to fox hem 43cm/17" and width when laid flat is 24cm/9½"
FABRIC: Waterproof outer layer trimmed with black fox and lined in black rabbit
CONDITION: VERY GOOD. The only signs of slight wear are on the inner rabbit lining.
STYLE WITH: Undoubtedly the best way to wear this coat is dressed down with jeans or black leather leggings. But it would look equally as stylish with black or charcoal grey trousers. The ultimate coat to throw on when it's bitterly cold over an evening outfit or gown.
